Quitting smoking
I went for NLP because I wanted to give up smoking. Well, I not only gave up smoking, I also gave up the stress responses that had led me to smoke in the first place.
I've finally stopped smoking and I feel relaxed, happy and healthy and much better equipped to deal with the pressures of work.

Great change in the shortest time
My NLP sessions with Annie have helped me to make a great amount of change in the shortest time. Over 6 sessions I was able to change certain habits I knew were creating problems for me - and some old beliefs I hadn't even realised were blocking me before. The sessions were filled with laughter and were a lot of fun.

Fear of public speaking
I'd dreaded public speaking. I always imagined standing up and my mind going completely blank - and staying that way. I realised that my fear was damaging my job prospects.
Although I didn't hold out too much hope - I thought I was a pretty hopeless case - I decided to give NLP a try with Annie, because I knew her well enough to feel sure that she would be patient, supportive and professional.
She talked me through my fears and taught me move beyond them. Just a week later I attended a company team building event where I stood up and addressed the whole company, and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It's done wonders for my confidence.

"I feel so alive for the first time in my life"
I had a few problems in my life when I went to see Annie. I have never met such a kind, understanding, easy going person who let me talk and talk and I felt so easy. It felt so good talking to her about stuff. After one meeting I felt so good about myself.
After this for the first time in my life, I feel at peace with myself and a lot happier than I have been in a long time. I feel so confident and I know where I am going in my life, making decisions for myself instead of worrying what other people think. I worried about a lot of things in my life. I now feel that I can tackle it on my own and that feels great.

Interview nerves
I used to settle for jobs that I was overqualified for, jobs that left me feeling bored and frustrated, because I was terrified of interviews.
My husband kept on at me to get help and even took me to my first NLP session. (He was probably worried I wouldn't get there otherwise!)
Annie talked through my fears with me, asked me how I would prefer to feel and then we worked on the way I wanted to feel. By the end of the session I was looking forward to the next job interview. I'd started to view what I have to offer a company in an entirely different light.
I now feel quite confident about job interviews. I know I deserve a good job and am confident that I can convey my own ability to interviewers.

Flying and other fears
At holiday time I'd have two weeks of anxiety and misery in exchange for four days of carefree holiday - it hardly seemed worth it.
I had heard of NLP and was very interested to know if I could be helped. I am so glad that I did. Now I'm looking forward to all the holidays I can get. Now I feel that not only do I not have to worry about flying but I don’t have to worry about other things that I used to worry about (which was just about everything).
The NLP in itself was a very enjoyable experience, totally relaxing, very interesting and I must say, as good as a holiday in itself.
I feel truly calm and I am so happy to think that I don’t ever have to be terrified again. I find it incredible that I have even been able to say that.
I definitely would advise anybody who has any fears, phobias or who is just an obsessive worrier to get some NLP help. It is wonderful.

Resolving an old issue in a single session
"Working with Annie made me feel at ease and relaxed. Through her skilful use of NLP language tools, I made significant progress with an issue in just one session! Thank you Annie."

Beating driving test nerves
"I was a little apprehensive about NLP at first but found it immensely
helpful. Just through discussion, Iwas able to identify my problem and the
way I felt about taking my driving test.
The second stage of visualisation
enabled me to take a step back,
think and be calm.
Finally a mock scenario was set up and again repeated. The more times the scenario was acted out (and I put into practice what I'd learned) the more confident I felt.
I hadn't realised how much this had worked until the day of my test when the
examiner immediately commented on how confident I was.
Considering I'm very prone to being nervous this was such an achievement for
me. I would highly
recommend NLP. I have since used what I have learned in many other situations also."

Busting the nail-biting habit
I've been a nail-biter for years, and thought I'd tried everything to kick the habit; all the different types of disgusting tasting nail polishes, but nothing had worked. I was at my wits end, sick of having nasty looking hands and nails.
After having NLP with Annie, however, I feel like a new woman! I don't need to bite my nails anymore, and certainly don't miss it! My hands and nails look great. I can't thank her enough for what she's done for me.

"I used to be terrified of spiders"
I'd been scared stiff of spiders for as long as I could remember, and it was getting worse. When I didn't dare to drive my car for days after I had found a spider in it, I knew I had to do something about it.
One session with Annie was all it took to change all that. Now I don't feel frightened any more. Sometimes, I actually feel sorry for the spiders, because they get such a bad press.
(K. Gupta)
"Facing my panic became fun"
It's always difficult for me to find words which do justice to excellent work, but here goes. I found our sessions together a joy, heart warming, confirmative, mind opening and not at all like "work". It is always so good, as a practitioner, spending so much of my life listening tomy clients, to receive such clear listening and reflection for myself.
I love the way you work. I know that we grow best from focusing on our strengths not on having our weaknesses pointed out to us. So, having rejoiced with me on my clear and rational thinking it is not at all difficult to face my irrational parts - in fact to embrace and play with them.
I've never had work where facing my panic became fun before but you made it so.
